What alternative career paths have you considered or are interested in?
Life keeps handing me job titles like it’s dealing a chaotic game of Uno. One minute I’m stacking pizzas, the next I’m chauffeuring meatloaf to the elderly, and somewhere in between, I’ve probably done twelve other things I forgot about because I was too busy surviving the next “opportunity.” People call that being “versatile.” I call it “dodging burnout with flair.”
Career advice blogs always talk about “finding your passion,” as if passion is a GPS destination you can just punch in and arrive at after a few toll booths. In reality, most of us are just standing at life’s deep fryer, waiting for whatever’s hot and fresh, hoping it’s not something that’ll burn us again. I’ve switched jobs more times than I’ve switched passwords, and somehow, every gig has come with the same set of lies: “We’re like a family,” “We value hard work,” and my favorite—“There’s room to grow.” Sure. Right up until the budget meeting.
The truth is, I don’t have an “alternative career path.” I am the alternative. A shape-shifting professional with the résumé of a fever dream. I don’t chase stability; I chase the next weird chapter that keeps me from falling asleep at the wheel. Because honestly, what’s worse—working the same job forever or admitting that you have no idea what you’re doing, but you’re doing it anyway?
I’ll take the chaos, thanks. Predictability is for people who still think “work-life balance” isn’t just a corporate myth whispered at HR conferences. Me? I’m just waiting for whatever comes out of the fryer next.

Hey you look a little backstory and if you don’t mind us talking to each other
Ok
Ok what do you think is up coming
I never know. Roll with what comes up next. Never know!!
Wow you are so much awesome about what you just answered me
I find with me, it’s watching mindless massively gory and all round horrible horror flicks (you won’t see Killer Clowns or Tomatos tho) and photography. And amusing myself with mobile match 3 games. 😀
Mine is horrible, sci-fi movies like they live, escape from New York and escape from LA, big trouble and little China, etc. I also like sitting at the house and playing with the dogs
OMG. Godzilla? FUCKING A. Also, have you seen Ju-On (and 2) or Ringu???? Or Cadavers?? Or go on YT and go on these Asian horror episodes (like Megan Lee) and those weird ass Asian horror shorts, I’m sure that you can guess where this is going non?? btw Ju-On is the original Japanese Grudge, and Ringu is self explanatory if you are as obsessed with Asian horror as I am lolol and Cadavers is a classy Korean horror on YT. Good watch. 😀 We had a rabbit but he went up to greener pastures. He didn’t die, but just moved where there was not so much urban chaos really… (fresh air, grass to eat, etc?)
Keep an eye out later tonight. I just got done watching the Netflix Ed Gein series!! the post should be entertaining
