So, my brother decided to go on one of his rants on Facebook again. You know the type — long-winded, dramatic, and sprinkled with that classic “everybody’s against me” flavor. No real point, just a bunch of emotional throw-up on the timeline.
Now, I’m not here to argue with him, pick sides, or even try to make sense of whatever point he was trying to make. Frankly, it wasn’t about the content. It’s the pattern. He does this thing where he takes every unresolved feeling, bundles it up, and blasts it to the world like it’s a therapy session. Only it’s not therapy — it’s Facebook. And it’s kind of sad to watch.
I’m not trying to be mean. I’m just saying what everyone else is probably thinking. The guy clearly has some mental health stuff going on that needs real attention. And by “real,” I don’t mean comments from his two Facebook followers saying, “Stay strong, bro.” I mean like actual help. Professional help. A therapist. A counselor. Someone qualified to unpack whatever’s rattling around up there.
Because unloading your inner chaos on social media doesn’t fix anything. It just makes it awkward for the rest of us. I don’t say this out of hate — I say it because I care. If he took even half the energy he puts into online rants and used it to work on himself, he might actually find some peace.
Anyway, if you’ve seen his post and are wondering what the hell that was — yeah, same. Let’s just hope he gets the help he really needs, off the internet and into real life.
